The HR Generalist represents a Phoenix-area manufacturing site. He/She will be responsible for performing all assigned duties at a professional level, w/100% fluency in both English and Spanish. Primary knowledge, skills and abilities include: strong knowledge of US & AZ labor laws and good practices, 3 years’ experience successfully processing compensation and benefits utilizing an HRIS system, strong MS Office skills, recruiting, and resolving employee issues. Ideal candidate should be a good multi-tasker, highly organized and detail oriented.
